Job Description
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join the Real Estate & Development Practice in Washington DC, Boston, MA, Providence, RI, Stamford, CT, Hartford, CT, or New York City office, with a minimum of four years of experience in commercial real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate finance transactions
  • Strong fundamentals, including experience with or exposure to title and survey review, loan document drafting, real estate due diligence, and condominium and zoning review
  • Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing transactions is a plus
  • Admitted in the state of their primary office location
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience required
