Job Description
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join our Real Estate & Development Practice in multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate finance transactions and a strong understanding of fundamentals such as title and survey review, loan document drafting, and real estate due diligence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate finance transactions
  • Strong fundamentals in title and survey review, loan document drafting, and real estate due diligence
  • Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing transactions a plus
  • Admitted to the state bar in the state of primary office location
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience required
