Job Description
Join a growing Affordable Housing Finance Team in Austin, TX as a mid- to senior-level associate. Minimum 4 years of experience in affordable housing finance transactions required.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamentals in affordable housing finance transactions
  • Working knowledge of Section 103 and 142(d) and/or Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code
  • Experience with title and survey review, loan document drafting, real estate due diligence, and condominium and zoning review
  • TX Bar admission required
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience required
