What You Will Do
Work on commercial real estate finance transactions, real estate due diligence, title and survey review, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and other complex matters involving the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, development, and preservation of affordable, mixed-income, and mixed-use housing projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate will have at least four years of commercial real estate finance experience, strong transactional fundamentals and drafting skills, and experience with or exposure to title and survey review, loan documentation, and real estate due diligence.
