A highly regarded and sophisticated Northeast law firm seeks an Associate or Counsel with at least five years of commercial real estate and leasing experience to join its expanding real estate practice in the Northeast. Requirements

  • At least five years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
  • Significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial leases
  • Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development matters
  • Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
  • Experience representing franchisees or handling franchise/distribution matters is strongly preferred
  • Experience at a sophisticated law firm or comparable practice environment preferred
  • Must be admitted in the jurisdiction of intended practice
