Job Description
We are working with a full-service, multi-office law firm seeking an associate or counsel with commercial real estate and leasing experience. The candidate must have experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.

Requirements

  • Experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters
  • Commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate experience
  • Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
  • Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience
