Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Senior Associate or Counsel with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and leasing. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, acquisitions, and franchise agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
  • Experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in real estate matters
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Experience in acquisitions, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
  • Bar admission in the state of practice
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong communication skills
