Job Description
A commercial real estate/leasing senior associate or counsel (attorney) position with a minimum of five years of experience is sought by a full-service law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate, with excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters
  • Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
  • Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience
  • Bar admission in the state of practice
