Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Senior Associate or Counsel (Attorney)

Requirements

• Commercial real estate and leasing experience
• Experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
• Representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers
• Acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks
