Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Senior Associate or Counsel with a minimum of five years of experience to join a full-service law firm in one of five locations: Boston, MA; New York, NY; Hartford, CT; New Haven, CT; or Stamford, CT.

Requirements

  • Experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters
  • Commercial leasing experience, with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
  • Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers
  • Experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks
