Role OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Real Estate (Lending) Attorney to join our team in Boston. As a hybrid remote attorney, you will represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions. Our business practice includes regional and local enterprises, energy project developers, utilities, financiers, middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals, to Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and state and foreign governments.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents, conducting and overseeing due diligence, structuring, closing, and managing commercial real estate loan transactions, refinancings, modifications, and workouts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires recent commercial real estate lending experience and a MA bar. You should have knowledge of commercial real estate lending, drafting and negotiating commercial loan docs, title examinations, title commitments, and policies.
