Job Description
The Commercial Real Estate Loan Specialist is responsible for reviewing and understanding Commercial Real Estate Loan approval/requests, providing thorough analysis of Loan closing, construction documentation, and funding requirements, and ensuring collateral remains perfected and risk controls are met.

Requirements

  • Review Loan Approval for all deal terms and requirements
  • Verify customized Loan Closing Documents
  • Work with bank counsel and Line of Business to review Loan Closing Checklist and documents
  • Interface with Lenders, Borrowers, Attorneys, Title Companies, General Contractors, Consultants, and Agents
  • Maintain and update project Budgets
  • Approve loan Budget changes
  • Review and approve Draw Requests and supporting documents
  • Manage loan document exceptions
  • Monitor requirements as provided by executed leases and permanent lenders
  • Maintain a working regulatory knowledge
