What You Will Do
Perform rigorous title review, examining commitments, title search packages, underlying title documents, encumbrances, restrictions, and legal descriptions to identify and resolve title defects. Assist in reviewing surveys (ALTA/NSPS), entity organization documents, municipal lien searches, and closing disclosures for complex multi-property and commercial real estate deals.
