Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial real estate or commercial title/escrow paralegal experience
- Deep, hands-on experience in title review, title policy endorsements, survey analysis, and drafting closing documentation
- Proficiency in industry-standard title and closing software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, Resware, or Qualia)
