Role OverviewThe Commercial Real Estate/Title Paralegal performs substantive legal work supporting the Real Estate and Development Practice Group, including title searches, issuing reports, and preparing conveyancing documents. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
What You Will Do
Perform full title searches, issue reports, title commitments, and proforma policies. Prepare preliminary drafts of conveyancing documents and closing documents, including settlement statements and real estate transfer tax forms.

Requirements
