Role OverviewThe attorney will join the firm’s established commercial real estate section in the San Antonio office, handling complex matters such as leasing, purchase-and-sale transactions, real estate finance, and joint-venture transactions. The candidate must have sufficient knowledge to handle such transactions from the LOI stage to closing with little direct oversight or supervision. The candidate will also mentor less experienced attorneys in such transactions.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include handling complex commercial real estate transactions, mentoring less experienced attorneys, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas for at least 3-6 years
