Tecta America Commercial Roofing is searching for experienced commercial roofers to work on re-roofs and new construction projects in Indiana. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial low-slope roofing systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Commercial low-slope roofing systems installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation
  • Flashings, penetrations, and details installation
  • OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies
  • Job drawings and work orders reading and following
  • Quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
  • Efficient work with schedule and quality expectations meeting
  • Effective communication with foremen and project management
  • Training and mentoring less-experienced crew members
