Role OverviewJB Roofing, a Tecta America commercial roofing company, is searching for experienced commercial roofers at our Akron, OH location. We require 5 years of commercial roofing experience, 18 years of age or older, and a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
What You Will Do
Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety, install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems, and work well in a team setting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions, lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling, and climb a ladder up to 60ft and be on a roof.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial roofing experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
