Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Crane Operator in Williston, VT to operate the crane, load and unload commercial roofing materials, drive loads to job sites, and assist commercial roofing crews.
What You Will Do
The Crane Operator will be responsible for operating the crane, loading and unloading materials, driving loads to job sites, and assisting commercial roofing crews.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience operating a crane, be able to operate in a safe and responsible manner, and have knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- NCCCO certified crane/boom truck operator with current Class A/B CDL license
- Current DOT physical, preferred
- 2-5+ years’ experience operating a crane
- Ability to read and analyze lift plans
- Ability to operate, inspect and maintain the crane and rigging equipment
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA requirements pertaining to crane and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to complete daily paperwork for job, site PM and/or Foreman
- High School graduate or equivalent
