Role OverviewThe Commercial Roofing Field Superintendent is responsible for scheduling and supervising commercial production roofing crews on multiple jobsites and locations. This position manages projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship, quality and production.
What You Will Do
Schedule and supervise roofing field operations, inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites, train roofing field staff, maintain documentation of projects, and communicate with the Operations team.

- Supervisory experience, 2+ years, required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), highly desirable
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
