Role OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience and be able to lead a crew in all aspects of the assignment. The role involves assisting team members with coaching and development, pre-inspection of sites, and ensuring proper PPE is utilized at all times.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Roofing Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew, providing all set-up for efficiency and safety purposes, and conducting pre-inspections of sites to ensure warning and safety guidelines are in place. They will also be able to inspect roofs once work is completed prior to manufacturers' inspection.

Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
