Role OverviewThe Commercial Roofing Foreman will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. The foreman will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial Roofing Foreman include removal and installation of all types of roof systems, roof maintenance and repairs, performing work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, maintaining professional interaction with customers, managing commercial roofing crews, and tracking inventory and filing daily reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, experience with all types of commercial roofing systems, and initiative, integrity, and adaptability. The foreman must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb, and kneel, and lift 50+ pounds regularly.
