Job Description
Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Roofing Foreman. The Commercial Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of the field installers assigned to his/her crew.

Requirements

  • Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
  • Perform roof repairs as needed
  • Completing field inspections
  • Develop a scope of work with a budget
  • Organize a materials list
  • Provide training, leadership and direction to the field employees under their supervision.
  • Train employees on safety procedures and safety equipment.
  • Maximize productivity while maintaining job costs, installation quality and employee safety.
  • Ensure the proper utilization of materials and equipment.
  • Plan, administrate, and participate as an instructor in Company sponsored education programs for the workforce.
  • Promote proper work ethic and enforce the Company’s policies, procedures and practices.
  • Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris
