Role OverviewThe position involves reviewing roofing applications for compliance with the code, performing roofing inspections, and enforcing roofing protocols. The candidate must be able to read, interpret, and apply technical information from manuals, drawings, specifications, layouts, blueprints, and schematics.
What You Will Do
Reviews roofing applications, performs roofing inspections, documents daily construction activities, interfaces with building officials and designers, and conducts inspections to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the construction field
- Knowledgeable of the Florida Building Code

- State of Florida Building Inspector and/or Plan Reviewer license is desirable
