Role OverviewWe are looking for commercial roofing lead service technicians in Portland, ME. The Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC. The role involves working in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions, lifting 25+ lbs. regularly, and following instructions to perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech will install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems, work in a field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature, and travel mostly locally within 1 hour.

Requirements
- Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
