Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced Commercial Roofers in Virginia Beach, VA! Pay varies depending on experience! A Commercial Roofing Mechanic will install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
What You Will Do
Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles). Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Able to work well in a team setting, able to work outside in extreme weather conditions, able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience in TPO & Modified roofing systems
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
