Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co-workers
- Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
- Technology savvy
- Sheet metal experience preferred
