Role OverviewThe Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of the production crews. The Superintendent will be responsible for installing roofing products and systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.
What You Will Do
Provide training, leadership and direction to multiple commercial roofing crews, complete timely reviews on all roofing workforce employees, and maximize production while maintaining job costs, installation quality and employee safety.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-8 years related experience and/or training
- Proficient knowledge of PC and tablet software applications including Word and Excel
- Working knowledge in blue print reading and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
