Job Description
Osmo is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead turnkey fragrance development for emerging and growth-stage brands across fine fragrance, home fragrance, and personal care. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management with a practical understanding of fragrance, customer experience, and commercialization, and is comfortable with technology and AI-enabled development tools.

Requirements

  • Experience bringing fragrance or beauty brands to market
  • Background working in or alongside fragrance houses, beauty manufacturers, or turnkey partners
  • Entry-level olfactive training with comfort discussing scent direction
  • Strong understanding of customer service and client management
  • Strong relationship-building instincts with the ability to create trust quickly
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in how AI can support creative and commercial development
