Role OverviewThe Commercial Sales Project Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for the Commercial Sales organization, managing cross-functional projects, commercial initiatives, sales campaigns, customer events, and strategic programs from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing leadership with accurate project updates and actionable status reporting.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Sales Project Coordinator will serve as the primary coordinator for commercial projects, sales campaigns, customer events, and strategic initiatives, developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, executive status reports, and documentation. They will also maintain Monday.com project boards and CRM reporting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Director of Commercial Development to develop pricing, responses, approvals, and timely submission of E-Rate and other strategic opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience coordinating projects, programs, sales operations, commercial initiatives, or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience utilizing project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Connectly, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, ConnectWise, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
