Job Description
Trueline is seeking a Commercial Senior Estimator to join their team in MA at a respected woman and minority-owned union general contractor serving municipal, commercial, and private clients throughout Western Massachusetts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
  • Experience with municipal and or negotiated private work
  • Strong understanding of job costing and gross margin structure
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy
  • Experience with tools such as Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
  • Comfortable operating in a structured, performance-driven environment
