Role OverviewSnider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Service Manager to provide daily direction and distribution of work orders to technicians. The Commercial Service Manager will oversee work performed, ensure proper safety procedures and processes are followed, and provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for technicians.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include receiving, creating, assigning, and monitoring all service work orders to technicians, managing productivity of technicians, providing sales staff support, and assisting with warehouse duties.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician
- 5+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to technicians
- Proficient in MS Office and the ability to learn other software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
- Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred)
- Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment)
- Valid Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards
