Role OverviewThe HORECA Commercial Specialist role supports the HORECA Director and all company-wide HORECA projects. The Specialist leads efforts to steward all elements of the HORECA business including fountain, Bottle/Can, and various RTMs. The specialist collaborates with all stakeholders, solicits feedback, and includes input into HORECA plan adjustments to meet the needs of the Director and business. The position will be the HORECA project specialist SME for the organization. The HORECA Commercial Specialist will be responsible for managing the HORECA budgets. The role will be Charlotte corporate office based and include some limited field travel.
What You Will Do
Supports HORECA project stewardship assisting the Director and HORECA business. Prepares commercial communications for HORECA initiatives. Evaluates HORECA results, provides updates to course-correct, and keeps initiatives on track. Manages HORECA commercial budgets, ensures budget compliance, and solicits additional investments as needed. Engages with cross-functional partners, solicits feedback, shares learnings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Relevant work experience: 1 to up to 3 years
