Job Description
Commercial Title Examiner at Enverus. Conduct comprehensive title searches, identify and resolve defects, and ensure property titles are clear and free from encumbrances for utility or construction projects. Serve as a subject matter expert in sovereignty title and provide support to Energy teams and other internal partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Landman /Energy Title Examiner or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
