Job Description
Join Bell's Commercial organization and lead the design, delivery, and administration of our training programs. Create and be responsible for our commercial development program — a rotational experience that builds future-ready talent across Aircraft & Aftermarket Sales, Customer Experience, Programs, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education/Training, or other related field; other Bachelor’s degrees paired with relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, or Program/Project Management will be considered.
  • 5+ years of overall experience in Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, and/or Program/Project Management.
  • Experience with or demonstrated ability to design and/or deliver training (classroom, virtual, or blended) for customer-facing teams.
