Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Transactional / Real Estate Paralegal to join an established, fast-paced legal and real estate team. This position offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States, while also playing an important role in the operations of a corporate-owned title company.
What You Will Do
Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and other transactional matters throughout the United States. Assist with transactions from initial contract and due diligence through closing and post-closing.

Requirements
- Significant prior experience as a transactional and/or commercial real estate paralegal
- Experience handling commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Title agent, title company, escrow, or substantial title review and closing experience strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing title commitments, title exceptions, surveys, closing documents, and related real estate documentation
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and closing files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and follow matters through completion without constant supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of commitment and increasing responsibility in prior positions
