Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading commissioning activities within mission-critical facilities
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities in fast-paced construction environments
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, equipment startup, functional performance testing, and system turnover processes
- Experience identifying technical issues, coordinating corrective actions, and resolving commissioning deficiencies
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, engineering teams, equipment vendors, and project leadership
- Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage project milestones, maintain accurate commissioning records, and support successful projects closeout
