RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of aggregating Financial Services compensation across multiple sources for accurate advisor compensation and dashboard reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Finance teams to create efficiency, consistency, and process improvements that enhance accuracy and transparency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue flow and financial advisor compensation structures across various offices and business lines.
  • Implement and maintain compensation grids within the Financial Services compensation system and manage advisor-level reporting for Wealth Management and Retirement Plans.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Payroll on advisor draws, quarterly updates, and true-up payments while supporting validation efforts from leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with at least 5 years of experience supporting or leading financial services compensation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures across Broker/Dealer commissions, Retirement Plan fees, Investment Advisory fees, and Insurance commissions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets; strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade compensation systems and ability to drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

Salary range is $100K to 120K per year.
