Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Specialist for a critical 12-month contract to transform complex operational and compliance information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 11-15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or technical writing.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating ability to create clear, engaging content from complex source material.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong visual communication skills and proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in stakeholder interviewing, information gathering, and process documentation.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as energy, utilities, finance, or healthcare is a significant plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
