Job Description
As the Communication & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications that support Contact Center Operations while also delivering operational reporting and insights to leaders and employees. This role ensures team members receive timely, clear, and actionable communication while enabling operational transparency through structured reporting, dashboards, and performance updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business, or related experience preferred
  • 3+ years experience in internal communications, employee engagement, operations communications, or related role
  • Experience supporting Contact Center or Customer Care operations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating operational reports and translating data into meaningful communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and communication tools preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align communication and reporting with business goals
