Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator (PBX) to join our team at Andaz Miami Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to guest rooms, staff, or departments, and providing information about hotel services to guests.

Requirements

  • Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls to internal and external guests
  • Direct calls to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system
  • Receive guest messages and deliver the same to the guest
  • Log all wake-up call requests and perform wake-up call services
  • Provide information about hotel services to guests
  • Know what action to take when an emergency call is required
  • Assist in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems
  • Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed
