Job Description
As a Communications Director at KIWA, a multiracial worker center, you will develop and implement digital and traditional communications strategies for workplace and policy campaigns and for the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and staff to design and lead campaign communications and support staff and worker leaders through media training and preparation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional communications experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Superlative skills in narrative
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and coach others
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Experience developing and implementing communications strategies
  • Ability to be creative and responsive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Bilingual ability in Korean or Spanish a strong plus
