Job Description
The Communications Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of EnerStar Solutions' communications systems across active job sites. This role manages and leads a team of communications technicians, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • All EnGenius Certified Specialist and Professional certifications required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering) preferred
  • Technical certifications in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+), telecommunications, or electronics preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Communications Technician or in a related role
