Job Description
The Communication & Learning Coordinator supports both Learning & Development programs and Culture & Communications initiatives at KEEN. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing communications, creating content, and ensuring employee engagement through programs, events, and initiatives. It requires a regular presence in Portland and collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Communications, HR, Education, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
  • One year of experience in learning & development, communications, marketing, or HR support.
  • Familiarity with intranet/content management systems and digital publishing.
  • Experience with employee engagement or training coordination.
  • Proficiency in writing, editing, and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
