Communications & Marketing Senior Associate

The Communications & Marketing Senior Associate will manage communications and marketing projects for Aspen Digital, with a focus on email marketing, website design, and cross-team coordination. The successful candidate will be high performing, collaborative, and detail oriented, and enjoy balancing concurrent communication and operational tasks.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a communications and marketing strategy for Aspen Digital, including for specific campaigns around public-facing summits. This includes liaising with project teams, publishing new entries and blog posts on the website, updating the website and maintaining accuracy, improving overall website design and feel, and coordinating timely creation of marketing materials for events.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in communications and marketing, excellent track record of working on communications and marketing campaigns, and strong organization and project-management skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in communications and marketing
• Excellent track record of working on communications and marketing campaigns, specifically on email communications, website design, and branding
• Skilled in Search Engine Optimization and web accessibility
• Strong organization and project-management skills, including ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail and quality, engaging with stakeholders, and consistently meeting deadlines
• Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
• Skilled in Marketing Cloud or similar platform communications systems
• Knowledge of media database systems for research and outreach
• Be operations savvy, with a focus on detail and quality
• Be proactive and self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to form professional relationships with people across departments and levels of seniority
• Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
