Role OverviewLead the Engineering Communications team to develop and execute communications strategies to advance Boeing's innovation narrative, engage and inspire its global engineering team, and strengthen the company's reputation.

Oversee a team of communicators, collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders, provide strategic counsel, and proactively monitor the effectiveness of communications campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelors' degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic communications plans
- 5+ years of experience using verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
- 5+ years of experience in Communications (including, but not limited to: Corporate Communications, News Media, and Public Relations)
- 5+ years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders
- 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
