Role OverviewYou’ll be part of a growing Marketing and Communications team and work closely with departments locally and globally to ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned with company goals. The Communications Specialist is a hands-on content creator and communicator who helps connect GN Hearing...with a focus on the ReSound brand...with our key audiences: Employees (with a strong focus on Shakopee- and US-based teams), Hearing care professionals (our customers), People with hearing loss and their families, Community and educational partners.
What You Will Do
Manage an internal “news bureau” where you will monitor internal and external sources to develop new or adapt existing content for our various audiences. Support and coordinate Shakopee and US employee communications activities and platforms. Develop and manage a continuous content calendar across departments and channels, ensuring alignment to strategic content pillars as well as priority campaigns and product launches.

Requirements
- Experience planning, curating, and scheduling communications on multiple platforms and for varied audiences.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Ability to research, interview, and report on a variety of subjects that benefit employees, customers, and people with hearing loss.
- Experience with SharePoint/intranet systems, email platforms, content management systems, and digital publishing tools.
- General understanding of business terms and strategies, and the ability to translate them for a wide employee base and other non-technical audiences.
