Role OverviewYou’ll be part of a growing Marketing and Communications team and work closely with departments locally and globally to ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned with company goals. The Communications Specialist is a hands-on content creator and communicator who helps connect GN Hearing...with a focus on the ReSound brand...with our key audiences: Employees (with a strong focus on Shakopee- and US-based teams), Hearing care professionals (our customers), People with hearing loss and their families, Community and educational partners.
What You Will Do
Manage an internal “news bureau” where you will monitor internal and external sources to develop new or adapt existing content for our various audiences. Support and coordinate Shakopee and US employee communications activities and platforms. Develop and manage a continuous content calendar across departments and channels, ensuring alignment to strategic content pillars as well as priority campaigns and product launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role
- Knowledge of employee engagement and communication best practices
- Experience creating content for customer or community audiences (e.g., newsletters, web updates, blogs)
- Experience creating short-form video content a plus
