Role Overview

As a Community Manager, you'll lead a team, foster growth, and create a culture where everyone feels valued. You'll be responsible for affordable housing compliance, inspections, and reporting. You'll also build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with vital resources.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring your team, conducting inspections and reporting, building relationships with housing authorities and community partners, overseeing leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of property management experience
  • TCS or COS certification or 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
  • Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis
