Role OverviewAs a Community Administrator, you'll work closely with the Community Director, Business Manager, Leasing Manager, and onsite staff to provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. This role blends administrative responsibilities with resident engagement and leasing support, helping create a positive first and lasting impression of the community.
What You Will Do
Manage the resident services desk, administer monthly rent collection, maintain accurate resident files and records, manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and assist in the sales process by touring prospective residents and helping lease new apartment homes.
